Terms of Agreement for online trading between Ines Botanica (ABN:470 40 504 502) and The User of this site (“You/Your”)

1. Payment

  • 1.1 By entering your information and completing a purchase order You are making an offer to purchase the Product at the price set out on the Ines Botanica website.
  • 1.2 Ines Botanica uses secure site, Paypal for online purchasing.
  • 1.3 Upon completion of shopping you will be directed to the Ines Botanica checkout. In order to complete payment you be directed to Paypals secure payment page. Simple prompts will direct the payment process, upon completion you will automatically be re-directed to the Ines Botanica website.
  • 1.4 Payment must be made at the time of submitting your purchase order. Ines Botanica uses secure site Paypal for online purchasing. Please refer to www.paypal.com and select ‘legal agreements’ to access their policies and terms.

  • 1.6 All Purchase orders placed through this website are subject to confirmation and acceptance by Ines Botanica.
  • 1.7 Transactions are settled in Australian Dollars (AUD). If you are ordering from outside Australia and your bank or credit card accout is held in different currency, please be aware that the final charge is made in AUD and conversion is determined by your bank.
  • 1.8 Ines Botanica does not sore or keep credit card numbers from online transactions.
  • 1.9 This website is owned and operated by Ines Botanica. This Agreement supersedes all prior agreements and may be revised at Ines Botanica’s discretion.
  • 1.10 This following policies and terms are to be read in conjunction with the above terms as all these documents form part of this agreement.

2. Delivery Policy

  • 2.1 Ines Botanica delivers to most destinations around the world. We use international postal services to deliver goods outside Australia. Deliverey of Products within Australia is by Australia Post Registered Mail System/ Courier.
  • 2.2 Orders placed within Australia/shipped to an Australian residenceare subject to the Australian GST. Internatinal purchases will be billed in AUD with currency conversion calculated by your nominated credit card company. International purchases are exempt from the GST.
  • 2.3 Freight charges are calculated using our automatic freight calculator
  • 2.4 For international orders please contact Ines Botanica direct at info@inesbotanica.com for information regarding international delivery quotes and timeframes.
  • 2.4 Delivery times are as within 7 working days for Australia and within 14 days for International orders.
  • 2.5 Products in Australia will be delivered to the provided address requiring a signature on receipt. We recommend you provide a work address for delivery if no one is home during business hours. Risk and title in the product will pass to You upon You, or any other individual at the delivery address, singning for recipt of the product.
  • 2.6 If no one is present at the specified address at time of deliverey, you will be advised of the attempted deliverey and instructed to your nearest courier depot to collect your goods.
  • 2.7 Please note that delivery times are estimates only and whilst every effort is made to ensure prompt delivery Ines Botanica accepts no responsibility for delays due to event out of there control. Furthermore, Ines Botanica will not be liable to You for any loss or damage You suffer if the Product is not delivered within the timeframes set out in clause 1.4

3. Return and Refund Policy

  • If you are not satisfied with your purchase from Ines Botanica:
  • 3.1 You must notify Ines Botanica within 14 days of accepting delivery of the Product and lodge a Refund or Return request via email : info@inesbotanica.com
  • 3.2 Your request will be considered within 5 business days, and if successful, You will be issued with a Return/Exchange Notice.
  • 3.3 You must return the Product in its original condition – no used products will be accepted. All products must be packed in the original and unmarked package. This includes, but not limited to any documentation, accessories and and registration that shipped with the Product including proof of purchase invoice.
  • 3.4 International Returns must be marked accordingly failure to do so may attract possible customs duties and taxes.
  • 3.5 You are responsible for insurance and cost of shipping the Product.
  • 3.6 Ines Botanica will refund to You the paid purchase price for the Product, less any shipping costs.
  • 3.7 Refunds will only be credited back to the credit card that was used to make the initial purchase. Please allow 7 business days from the day You returned the Product.
  • 3.8 If the Product is returned in the original box, we will exchange it for you or offer a refund based on your original method of payment.
  • 3.9 In the case of Faulty product Ines Botanica will pay for the shipping cost and will refund the price to you in full.
  • 3.10 The Product must be returned to Ines Botanica with a copy of the Return/Exchange Notice within 7 business days of the authorisation of the request.
  • 3.11 Ines Botanica does not permit the return of or offer refunds for the following products:
    • A product that has been damaged
    • A product that has been opened or used
  • 3.12 Ines Botanica will not accept any Product returns by You without Ines Botanica being consulted as per directions in clause 2.1
  • 3.13 No Refunds/Exchanges will be accepted without an accompanying Return/Exchange Notice.

4. Stock Avalibility

  • In the unlikely event of your selected item being unavalible, you will be contacted via email and be advised accordingly. You will be eligible to either
    • a) place the product on back order
    • b) make another product selection or
    • c) request a refund.

Ines Botanica does not exclude any non-excludable rights but does exclude all other conditions and warranties, whether implied by custom, law or statute.
